Product Owner (PO)
Overview
The Product Owner is responsible for defining the product vision, managing backlog priorities, and ensuring alignment between the development team and business objectives. In the context of AI/Quality Sentinel, the PO acts as the bridge between stakeholders who want better code quality and the team implementing the solution.
